How to Order
All rings can be ordered in either 18ct yellow,red or white gold, palladium or platinum. Other jewellery items please enquire if this is possible.
 

Finishes
Jacks usually finishes her designs with a matt satin finish, however if you prefer you could have a polished finish.

Just remember to state what finish you would like when ordering.

Please be aware that with wear, the finish will become worn: the matt finish will become more shiny and the polished finish will become duller. This can happen quite quickly, especially with jewellery that will get continuous heavy wear, like rings and bangles.

Jacks is happy to refinish the jewellery, charging only a small fee for the return postage.
 

Rings
Determining the correct size for the wearer is very important, both for comfort and to avoid loosing a ring. Please take great care to make sure that you have selected the right size before you order. If you do not already know your size, Jacks recommends you get the finger measured by a jeweller who will use the standard measurements. Please remember your hands will swell if hot and the opposite will happen if they are cold, so try to measure them when they are at neither extreme. If buying for someone else you could use one of their own rings providing it's going to be worn on same finger and have this measured by a jeweller, making sure the ring is circular inside and not miss-shapen (a miss-shapen ring would give you an incorrect measurement). Sizing Alterations
All orders are made to order so it is important you give the correct size. If on delivery a ring does not fit and is only a size difference either way, and can be resized without cutting the ring Jacks will alter the ring free of charge. However because of the nature of the production of these rings Jacks can only alter the ring size once free of charge, after which any other alterations will incur a small charge.

Please note not all the designs can be altered easily if incorrect, so please be aware there could be a charge on some alterations.

Delivery
When you request jewellery from the site items are hand made to order, therefore our standard delivery time is about four weeks. It is often possible for Jacks to fulfil an order more quickly, so please contact Jacks if you need something sooner, and she will try to make it happen for that date. If delivery within four weeks is not possible due to special circumstances, you will be given another projected timescale, and the option to cancel your order should you wish.
 

Delivery on orders in the UK over £500 will be free of charge.

Delivery on orders in the UK under £500 will cost £4.50.

All deliveries to UK addresses will be sent by Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day service which guarantees next working day delivery before 1pm. This also insures the item against loss. All UK deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
